What does one-time mean?
You pay once and use FigVote for as long as we operate it, with updates. If we ever shut it down, you get 30 days' notice and an export of your data.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase, in full.
Is there a limit on voters or posts?
No. Boards, posts, votes, comments and voters are unlimited on both plans. The only cap is on notification emails: 2,000 a month on Solo and 10,000 on Pro. Past it, emails pause until the 1st and the board keeps working.
Do voters need an account?
To vote, post or comment, yes: one account counts once, which keeps the numbers honest. Anyone can read a public board.
What are the plan limits?
Solo: 1 project with 2 admins. Pro: unlimited projects with 5 admins each. Members for private boards are unlimited on both.
